Rural Changemakers is arming the young children with skateboards to change their lives. And on their heads are helmets that say ‘No School No Skateboarding’. Alongside the skating park in Janwaar Castle is an open library. Kyra’s Book Bank is collecting children books, mainly picture books – bilingual (Hindi/English). Kyra’s Book Bank is collecting books for the Open Library at the Janwar Skating Rink. Their motto is ‘no school, no skateboarding’. Simple early reading books, children books, mainly picture books – bilingual (Hindi/English). These skateboarders are amazing and are using skating to transform their lives.For this NGO, we are also collecting Boardgames, Skateboards, Sneakers and Helmets in all sizes.
The older children of Janwaar are now studying in delhi. It is their commitment to teach what they learn to the youngsters in the village. To facilitate this and for the kids to speak to their parents in the village KBB is collecting 5 smart phones for them to use. They can be used but they should be in very good condition.
