On the first day of Daan Utsav, ahead of schools reopening, Kyra’s Book Bank sent almost 300 books to Hiranjal Government Primary School, Karnataka. Thank you Reality Tours and Travel and Reality Gives for helping us with this. Thank you to everyone who donated so generously books and encyclopaedia for the school library.

So delighted to have opened Kyra’s Book Bank at the Jawahar wars of Kamla Nehru Hospital in Allahabad/ Prayagraaj with the Rotary Club of Allahabad Elite. A club in which my grandfather was a proud Rotarian and Past President. The library is in the Children’s Cancer Ward. Grateful to Rotary President Muni Raj Patel and Hosp Director Dr Paul. This is the first library we will be maintaining and replenishing. So please send us colouring books and colours and children’s books to keep the children occupied as they continue on the brave road to recovery.

Sent novels, management books and self help books for the Niyaz Ahmed Minority Educational And Welfare Trusts Library and Study Centre in Govandi, Mumbai. We are still looking for Competitive Exam Preparation books, educational Magazines and other reference books for the same.

The Good Harvest school received 350 books including a world book series and an encyclopaedia, bookshelves, a Sofa cum bed, curtains, cushions, a carrom board from Kyra’s Book Bank. To make what we hope will be a vibrant library and reading oasis for the students and community of Unnao in Uttar Pradesh. We applaud the work being done by Ashita Nath and the Young Team behind The Good Harvest. You know who you are and thank you so much for your help and contribution.

Good morning fellow book lovers, Some amount of the books given to Aap Ki Rasoi were kept aside. Today, we have given your valuable collections of the books to much needed people at Bourgeois home for Children fighting the fight of heir lives. They are all very excited now given lot of blessings Thanks again and also request if you can forward some Hindi books to us for them 💕 thank you all. Thank you to the good folks at Aap ki Rasoi.

Kyra’s Book Bank just brought in an early Christmas with Gumpha Road English Medium Municiple School managed by Teach For India. Thank you all for the 50 notebooks, 100 pencils, 140 pens, 100 erasers, 30 markers, 54 crayon boxes. 100 rulers, 10 chart papers plus the 50+books for the library. You know who you are so take a bow please.
